Mr. Woodrow "Woody" Blair, age 76, of Winnfield, Louisiana, passed away on Friday, August 2, 2024, in Alexandria, Louisiana. Born on May 14, 1948, in Winnfield, Woody was a beloved member of his community and a cherished family man.

Woodrow loved his family.  His favorite pastimes were duck hunting and farming.

Woody was preceded in death by his father, Corbia Lynn Blair; his mother, Vernie Kieffer Blair; and his brother, Wayne Blair. He is survived by his devoted wife of 53 years, Olivia Johnson Blair; his son, Shawn Christopher Blair; and his treasured granddaughters, Abby and Holly Blair. He also leaves behind his brother, Vernon Blair (Linda), as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends who will miss him dearly.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation, which will be held at Lakeside Baptist Church on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

A funeral service will be held at Lakeside Baptist Church on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at 9:00 AM, with Rev. Mitchell Miles officiating. Interment will follow at Couley Double Church Cemetery.

Ross Blair, Adam Martin, Shane Hyde, Glenn Jones, Jeff Pickett, and Randy Conrad will serve the family as pallbearers.
