Mr. William Terrance Boyer, age 64 of Winnfield, passed away at his residence, Thursday, October 21, 2021. He was born July 20, 1957 in Steele Missouri. He loved to run dogs, hunt and fish. He helped in the garden every year and will be remembered for renaming everyone he met. He loved all of his family but especiailly his grandchildren. He was known to his grandchildren as "the best peeps around".

He was preceded in death by his parents Terry and Hazel Boyer and his brother David Boyer.

Survivors include his wife of 30 years Elda Cavazos Boyer; children Lee Cavazos, Angel Nugent (Scott), Katie Stewart (Savanna) and Amanda Boyer; grandchildren Avery Cook, Kaylyn Nugent, Dalton Nugent, Draven Hilliard, and Tayson Nugent. He was also survived by his sister Pam Cockerham.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, October 25, 2021 at Southern Funeral Home with Rev. Yancy Martin officiating. Interment will follow in Hurricane Creek Cemetery in Winnfield.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 12:00 PM until time of services.

Pallbearers will be Lee Cavazos, Larry Cavazos, Dusty Cavazos, Scott Nugent, Trinity Stanfield and Johnny Hasley. Honorary pallbearers will be Donald Boyett, Jimmy Hennigan, Phillip Cockerham, and Billy Martin.
