Mr. Wade Kelly Bohannon, a beloved son, brother, father, and friend, departed this world on Monday, February 12, 2024, at the age of 54. He was born on Tuesday, December 16, 1969, in Zachary, LA, and peacefully passed away in Baton Rouge, LA.

Wade resided in Jackson, LA, and leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.

Wade is preceded in death by his parents, William "Bill" Olin and Patsy Jo "Pat" Keith Bohannon; nephew, Jeremy McGraw; and his adored grandmothers, Jewell Shephard and Ethel Douglas Bohannon.

He is survived by his sister, Susanne B. Coppola (husband Trey); and their children, Jonathan McGraw, Courtney Radley (husband Dale), Richard Brown, and Wyatt Coppola. Wade is also survived by his brother, Olin Keith Bohannon. His enduring legacy continues through his son, Brice Bohannon, and his adopted daughter,  Alicia Long.

Wade's life was characterized by his love for family, his generous spirit, and his unwavering support for those he held dear. He will be remembered for his kindness, warmth, and the lasting impact he had on the lives of those around him.

A private graveside service to celebrate Wade's life will be held on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Melton Cemetery, near Winnfield, with Rev. Tommy Sanson officiating.
