Mrs. Twilla Dell Evans Parker, age 86 of Winnfield, Louisiana passed away June 16, 2021 at Camelot Leisure Living in Ferriday. She was born November 20, 1934 in Hagler Arkansas, she was a member of the First Baptist Church of Winnfield and a homemaker.

Mrs. Parker was preceded in death by her parents Floyd and WIllie Mae Blevins Evans, her husband of 53 years Floyd Parker, Jr., grandson Matthew Parker, and siblings Bonnie Jura Sparks and Floyd Evans, Jr.

Survivors include her children Marva Dell Floyd (Mike Godfrey), Floyd Parker III (Elizabeth), Anna Lee Martin, Tony Parker, and Terry Wayne Parker, seventeen grandchildren, twenty two great-grandchildren, and one great great-grandson, and a niece Saundra Sparks.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 23 in the Southern Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Randall Flourney officiating. Interment will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Winnfield.

Friends may visit with the family in the funeral home on Tuesday, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and again on Wednesday, from 12:00 p.m. (noon) until time of services.
