Shonda Nicole DeVille, 46 of Bossier City, Louisiana was received into Heaven on Monday, July 1, 2024.

She was born to the union of Lewis Bradley DeVille and Nita Gayle (Bridges) DeVille on Sunday, April 23, 1978, in Alexandria, Louisiana,

Shonda was preceded in death by her father Brad DeVille, grandfathers Richard Bridges, and Lewis DeVille, a niece Chloe Jade Poole, an aunt Shasta DeVille, and an uncle Eddie Bridges.

Those left to love, miss, and cherish her memory are her mother Nita Gayle Deville, a sister Cali DeVille, of Nebo, a brother  Darren DeVille & wife Valerie, of Bossier City, grandmothers  Barbara Bridges, of Jena, and  Marilyn DeVille Forcier, of Jena, nieces Lyndi DeVille, Cami Poole, Cayli DeVille, Carmin Winborne, Carli Winborne and Cylee Decker, a nephew  Levi DeVille, Uncles Brent DeVille & wife Shelley, and Shaun DeVille & wife Shana, aunts Shea Clevenger & husband Jack and Shirley Bridges, cousins Colt DeVille, Cori DeVille, Kyra DeVille, Eli DeVille, Houston Clevenger, Kaitlyn Graham, and Dwayne Andrews, and a host of other family & friends.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, in the Chapel of Kinner & Stevens, from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM (Noon) on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, in the Chapel of Kinner & Stevens with Rev. Carl Gulde officiating, Valerie DeVille and Elsie Meaux speaking. Shonda will be laid to rest following the service in the Nebo Cemetery under the directions of Kinner & Stevens.

Those honored to serve Shonda and her family as pallbearers are Dewayne Andrews, Colt DeVille, Todd Woodward, Jeremy Keener, Gary Keener and Jake Keener. The honorary pallbearer is John Bennet.
