Sheila Boyett Jordan

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Sheila Faye Jordan, 71, of Gonzales, Louisiana, who left this world on September 6, 2026. Born on January 5, 1955, in Gilbert, Louisiana, Sheila was a loving wife, devoted mother, and cherished sister.

Sheila is survived by her beloved husband, Ricky Jordan; her two daughters, Andrea Mercer and Jessica Dauzat; and her sister, Gene Pardue. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends, who knew her for her warmth, kindness, and unwavering support.

A visitation will be held for family and friends on September 10, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and again on September 11, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Following the visitation, a funeral service will take place on September 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM, where we will gather to honor Sheila's life and share cherished memories.

Sheila's spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Sheila was preceded in death by: parents Virgil Boyett and Martha Guthrie Boyett, daughter: Deidra Jordan and her siblings Keith Bingham, Martin Boyett, Reba Boyett.
