Mr. Sean Donald Yates, age 62 of Winnfield, Louisiana passed away on Monday, June 6, 2022.

Born Friday, October 2, 1959 in Homestead, Pennsylvania, he was preceded in death by his father, Donald Yates.

Mr. Yates was a retired truck driver and enjoyed the outdoors and loved cooking and Bar- Be-Quing. He was also an avid supporter of Winnfield football on Fridays, LSU on Saturdays and Saints on Sundays.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 39 years, Connie French Yates; children, Michael Yates and Stephanie Yates; mother, Audrey VanCleave Yates; granddaughter, Rebecca Yates; and Sandie, his Redbone co-driver.

Memorial service arrangements will be announced at a later date.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, any planned memorials be made to the family to offset final expences.
