Mr. Richard Dale Barton, 63 of Winnfield, Louisiana passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, Louisiana after a brief illness. He spent his working career in the timber industry as a loader operator and a truck driver.

Born Wednesday, March 23, 1960 in Winnfield, Louisiana, he was the son of the late Gerald and Betty Folden Barton.

Those left to cherish his memory are daughter, Melissa Barton; brothers, Randy Barton and Ricky Barton; niece, and Candace Koonce.

He was predeceased by son, Infant son Kyle Barton; and parents, Gerald and Betty Folden Barton.

No services are planned for Mr. Barton at this time following cremation.
