Mrs. Patricia Stroud Hennigan, 75 of Trout, Louisiana was received into Heaven on Wednesday, March 9, 2022.

Mrs. Hennigan was a native of Atlanta, Louisiana and a graduate of Atlanta High School where she played basketball.  She was an accomplished horseback rider, loved flower gardening, and was an amazing cook.   She was a member of the Ladies Gardening Club of Jena and a active member of East Jena Baptist Church.   She was an accountant for many years and business manger of her husband's law office.

She was the daughter of the late Artis Monroe Stroud and the late Ethel Lee Hall Stroud.

Mrs. Hennigan leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 38 years Lloyd E. Hennigan Jr.,  children: Pam H. Bainbridge (Matt), Brenda H. Lewis (Curt), and Mark Hennigan (Karen), one grandson Zachary Zimmerman (Christine), siblings: Glen Stroud (Janice) and Nelda Edwards (Don) as well as several nieces and nephews.   She is also survived by her fur-babies Kylie and Sasha.

The family will receive friends at East Jena Baptist on Saturday, March 12, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and also at the church on Sunday from 1:00 p.m until time of services.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00PM on Sunday, March 13, 2022 at East Jena Baptist Church with the Reverends Craig James, Mike Wilkinson, and Jay McCallum officiating.  She will be laid to rest in the Mt. Zion Cemetery following the services in Wheeling, Louisiana.

Pallbearers will be Zach Zimmerman, Curt Lewis, Brian Cannerday, Ty James, Don Edwards and Gordon E. Fullington. Honorary pallbearers will be all past Grand Masters and current Line Officers of the Grand Lodge of Louisiana F&AM.

Memorial donations may be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Children and or the Grand Lodge of Louisiana Dyslexia Program at 5746 Masonic Drive, Alexandria, Louisiana 71301.
