Mildred Louise (Goodwin) Ryals was a devoted Wife, Mother, Mamaw and Friend. Most of all, she was a servant of God who blessed us with this precious angel on earth. Mildred was born on Nov 22, 1936 in St. Clair County, Alabama.  She passed into Heaven on May 22, 2024.  She was 87 years old.  Mildred married Kenneth Ryals on July 20, 1955 and they were together for 59 years, until his death on July 29, 2014.

She is survived by her sons, Barry Ryals (Rebecca), Greg Ryals(Lynda); daughter, Anita Waggoner (Jimmy); Grandchildren, Dillion Ryals(April), Faline Keller(Will), Macy Waggoner, and Christopher Waggoner; Great Grandchildren, Kennedi Ryals, Mila Ryals, Renli Ryals, Tristan Keller and Sawyer Keller

Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Ryals; infant son, Randy Ryals; parents, Griffin & Lucille Goodwin; brother, Ellis Goodwin; and sister, Mary Sue Perry.

Friends may visit with the family on Friday, May 24, 2024 at Caney Lake Baptist Church near Chatham, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.  The funeral service will be on Saturday, May 25 at Caney Lake Baptist at 11:00 AM.  Bro. Johnny Smith will officiate.  Burial will follow in Chatham Cemetery under the direction of Southern Edmonds Funeral Home.
