Michael Glen Wyant, age 67 of Jena, Louisiana passed from this life on Wednesday, November 13, 2024.

He was born to the union of Albert Lane Wyant and Para-Lea (Hedrick) Wyant on Monday, April 15, 1957, in Columbia, Louisiana.

Mr. Wyant was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Becky Darlene (Adams) Wyant, a daughter Amanda Edwards, and a sister Beverly Sanson.

Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter Michelle Downer, two sisters Deborah McCormick, of Enterprise and Lois McGuffee (R E), of Enterprise, his brother Kenneth Wyant (Shirley), of Fort Necessity, three grandsons Jonathan Edwards, Justin M. Edwards, and Eli Downer, and a host of other family and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at Bird's Creek Baptist Church on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at 10:00am with Rev. Elbert Sanson officiating.
