Mrs. Mary Frances Shreve, age 75 of Winnfield, LA, passed away Tuesday, April 04, 2023 in Glenwood Medical Center, West Monroe, LA.

Born Saturday, October 25, 1947, in Jonesboro, LA. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Orell Ramsey, her brothers "Sonny" and James Ramsey and 1 sister, Patsy Williams.

Mary was married to the love of her life, best friend, and care giver of 32 years, Dale. She was a great example to her friends and family with her close walk with the Lord Jesus Christ. Anyone who knew her, knew her servant heart, always putting others needs before her own.
"Sweet Mary", known to most, "Maw Mary" to her family was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and Christian. She was strong in her faith and a fighter til' the end. Through the years she enjoyed singing, playing the piano and organ in church, camping, sitting in her rocking chair on the back patio or in front of the fireplace, busting loops around Tannehill and Sonic with the grandkids and many trips to Grantadams for ice cream. Most of all she enjoyed cooking (especially sweets) and entertaining anyone that came by for a visit. She loved spending time with her family, they were her world. Fall Season and Christmas Holidays were her favorites!

Those to cherish her memory are her husband, Dale, Daughter Larica Fair (husband Robin), two sons, Jody James (wife Amanda), Stacy (Kayla), bonus daughter Falecia Ice (husband Matthew), two bonus sons Scottie Shreve (wife Maria) and Toby Shreve (wife Sherri). Grandchildren, Brandon, Nathan, Casey, Grayson and Connor Fair, Chloe and Rhett James, Nataleigh, Zoey and Samantha Shreve, Jennifer and Jody Wainwright, Gabe Shreve and Hunter Martin. Great Grandchildren, Logeen and Addison Fair, Abigail Shreve, Olivia Wainwright, Myah and Piper Wainwright, and Great Great Grandson, Rylan Kent.

Funeral Services will be held at 1pm, Friday, April 07, at the Winnfield 1st Assembly of God, Hwy 167 of Winnfield, LA with Rev. Mickey Parker and Rev John L. Mixon officiating.

Interment will be in Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery Tannehill, LA.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Brandon Fair, Grayson Fair, Connor Fair, Gabe Shreve, Johnathan Montgomery, Rhett James, and Clem Duffie. Honorary pallbearers will be Bo Files, Kelley Martin, Matthew Ice, Jody Wainwright, Hal Bridges and Gavin Snowden.

The family will receive friends from 5pm to 8pm on Thursday and Friday 11am until the time of service.

The family would like to express a special thank you to Mrs. Joyce Plunkett for being such a blessing and care giver during the last few months of Mary's life.
