Margie Louise Bradford Lee, age 95 of Jena, Louisiana passed away on Friday, May 28, 2021.Born Thursday, October 8, 1925 in Walters, Louisiana, to the union of James W. Bradford and Stella A. Paul, both of LaSalle Parish. Mrs. Margie was a stay-at-home mother until her fifth child graduated high school. At this point in her life, she went back to school and obtained a Nursing degree, and later in her life still she worked as a dental assistant.

She was preceded in death by her husband Malcolm Lee, parents, Sister – Lena Johnson, Sister - Ester Prince, Sister - Minnie Bell Bingham, Sister - Georgia "PEP" Robertson, Brother - Ben Bradford, Brother - Pete Bradford, Brother - Clyde Bradford, Brother - Lonnie Bradford, Brother - Louis Bradford, Brother - Arthur Bradford, Brother - Huey Bradford.

Those left to cherish her memory include her Daughter - Dana Campbell & her husband Dr. Steve of Jena, LA, Daughter - Jan Gagnon of Jena, Daughter - Mary Ann Scholl & her husband Dr. Russ of Tuscaloosa, AL, Daughter - Ramona Brown of Jena, Son - Roy Lee of Baton Rouge, LA, Sister – Mary Gibson of Lake St. John, LA. Ten Grandchildren and Fifteen Great Grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Monday, May 31, 2021, at Kinner & Stevens Funeral Home, from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM, until time of the Graveside services. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, May 31, 2021 at Woodland Cemetery with Rev. Terry Townsend officiating. Serving the family as pallbearers will be Jason Campbell, Jeremy Campbell, Doug Gagnon, Jonathan Brown, Ryan Lee, Jaime Ogden. Interment will follow in Woodland Cemetery, in Jena. Under the direction of Kinner & Stevens Funeral Home.
