Funeral services for Margaret Jane Ellzey Sanders, 92 of Ball, Louisiana will be on Saturday, August 19th 2023 at two o'clock  under the direction of Southern Funeral Home Winnfield, La. Interment will be at Magnolia Cemetery, Tullos La. Visitation is prior to service at one o'clock, at Southern Funeral Home Winnfield.

Mrs. Sanders was born July 8, 1931 in Brookhaven MS and passed away on August 16th 2023 in Alexandria, La , surrounded by family. She is predeceased by her parents, Byron and Darcy Ellzey, her sister Ola Pearl Smith, her husband of 33 years E.B. Sanders, Son Richard Sanders, Daughter Madelene Sanders Futch.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, JoLynn Sanders Burns(A.J.); Sons, Terry Neil Sanders(Shelly) and David Gordon Sanders (Dawn); daughter in law Judy Sanders, and son in law Randall Futch.

Fifteen grandchildren:
Christina Gail Sanders Singleton (Jack), Richard Bryant Sanders Jr, Katie Burns Miller (Nick), Sarah Burns McCarley (Travis),  A.J. Burns III (Heidi), Timothy Sanders, Kevin Sanders, Laurie Ann Sanders Bolden, Bradley Sanders (Alli), Kayla Sanders, Kim Smith (Chuck), Zach Sanders, Cameron Sanders, Janey Futch, Randi Futch Meche (Scott), bonus granddaughter, Jessica Warner.

22 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.

The family would like to express sincere gratitude to Jessica Warner, and the Regency Nursing Home Alexandria and Guardian Hospice for their compassionate care this past year.
