Lori Annett Morris, age 46 of Pineville, Louisiana passed away on Monday, October 25, 2021.

Born Monday, January 13, 1975 in Natchitoches, Louisiana, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Velma Bodry Blake; paternal grandmothers, Odessa Roberts Jones and Clara Morrison Luther.

Lori worked as a pharmacy tech at the Alexandria Veteran's Hospital for 18 years and enjoyed arts and crafts in her free time.  She was a very talented artist.  Lori was a 1993 graduate of Winnfield Senior High School.

Those left to cherish her memory include her mother, Judy Blake Luther; father, Arvel Jones; children, Joshua Garrett Morris and Emma Grace Morris; maternal grandfather, Huey "Red" Blake; step-father, John Luther; brothers, Travis, Robert, and Charles Luther; sisters, Michelle Luther and Misty Jones; and her furbaby, Charlie the Cat.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 31, 2021, at Southern Funeral Home, from 12:00 PM until 1:45 PM.  Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, October 31, 2021 at New Jerusalem Cemetery with Rev. Kenny Bratton officiating.

Serving the family as pallbearers will be Keith Gates, J.C. Priest, Josh Cannon, Jason Blake, Travis Luther, and Ryan Blake.
