Mr. L. C. Magee, age 89 of Winnfield, Louisiana passed away on Wednesday, May 4, 2022.

Born Sunday, September 4, 1932 in Franklinton, Louisiana to the union of Nore and Rose Magee, he was preceded in death by his parents; son, Darrell W. Magee; siblings, Russell Magee, Nell Albert, Lonney Causey and Theda Dorson.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 20 years, Tommie Mathis Magee; as well as his children, family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at Southern Funeral Home with Rev. James E. Bonner officiating. Interment will follow in Winnfield Cemetery, in Winnfield.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM and again on Saturday from 10:00 AM until time of services.
