Kimberly LeAnn Flowers, age 23 of Denton, Texas passed away on Friday, March 31, 2023.

Born Sunday, July 11, 1999 in Ruston, Louisiana, she was preceded in death by her paternal grandparent, Donnie Flowers, Sr.; maternal grandparents, Julius & Myrtle Fletcher; aunts, Beth Davidson, Angie Fletcher; uncles, Steven Higginbotham, and John Holland.

Kimberly was a 2018 graduate from Winnfield Senior High School and was currently attending college to become a Marine Biologist. She was employed as a Seargent with Bridgeport Correctional Facility in Denton, Texas.

Those left to cherish her memory include her parents,Tommy Flowers, Sr. and Cathey Fletcher Flowers; Sisters, Izora Runston (Anthony), Breanna Cossett (Edward); brothers, Robert "Trey" Welch (Shelby), T.J. Flowers; paternal grandmother, Sharon Jordan; as well as numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.

The family will receive friends on Friday, April 7, 2023 at The First Assembly of God in Winnfield from 5:30PM until 10:00PM, and again on Saturday, April 8, 2023 from 10:00AM until time of services.

Funeral services will be held at The First Assembly of God in Winnfield on Saturday at 2:00PM with Rev. Mark Thornhill officiating.

Serving the family as pallbearers will be Anthony Runston, Anthony Ortiz, Edward Cossett, Gavin Raila, Steven Ayers, Cade Fletcher, and Danny Griffin. Serving as Honorary Pallbearers are Bubba Cotton and Steve Matlock.
