Mrs. Joyce Elaine Howard Okuniewicz, age 80 of Dodson, Louisiana passed away on Friday, January 20, 2023.

Mrs. Okuniewicz was a veteran of the US Army.

Born Friday, January 23, 1942 in Winnfield, Louisiana, she was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Loretta Speed Howard; husband, Rich Okuniewicz; son, Marty Fischetti; sister, Donna Corbett.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Paula Russo; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; siblings, Clyde Howard, Linda Barton, Earl Howard, Ronald Howard and Debbie Moffett.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, January 23, 2023 at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Winnfield under the direction of Southern Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 11:00 AM until 12:45 PM.
