Born on Thursday, December 26, 1946, in Winnfield, Louisiana, Jimmy lived a life marked by devotion to his faith, his family, his country, and his community. A proud veteran of the United States Army, he honorably served his nation during the Vietnam conflict, carrying with him throughout his life a deep sense of patriotism and duty.
