Mr. Jesse Ray Brown, of Jena passed from this life on Wednesday, October 6, 2021. Jesse retired from the Air Force/ Army as a decorated man of service. He was born to the union of Enos and Lucy (Johnson) Brown, on September 2, 1936.

He was survived his by sons, Jerry and his wife Debbie Norris, Jeffery and his wife Jessica Norris, daughter Joy and her husband Mark, one brother J.W. Brown, grandchildren; Christina Escobar, Jeremy Norris, Justin Norris, Jessica Norris, Jamie Norris, Jacey Reeder, Adrian Vega, Adrianna Vega, Mischa Norris and Angel Norris.

Mr. Brown was preceded in death by his parents, his wife of 29 years, Jeanette Joan (Richardson) Norris, sister Bobbie Wade and one son Johnny Norris.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 11, 2021, in the Chapel of Kinner & Stevens from 10:00 Am till the time of the funeral service at 2:00Pm with Rev. Mike Russell officiating. Burial will follow in the   Belah Cemetery with the Jena Military Honor Guard. All services will be under the direction of Kinner & Stevens Funeral Home, (A Division of Southern Funeral Homes.)
