James Roger Shelton, age 72 of Winnfield, Louisiana passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2023

Born Sunday, January 21, 1951 in Winnfield, Louisiana, James loved music and was a avid outdoorsman.

He was preceded in death by his father - Julius "Dude" Shelton, mother - Hazel (Howard) Shelton, son - Kurt LaDale Shelton, sister - Maurine Shelton and brother - John Shelton.

Those left to cherish his memory include his children - Trampas Shelton, Chris Bennett and Brittany Shelton, seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, sister Shelvia Harrell-Hary and Fiance Vickie LeBaron.

Memorial services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, July 1, 2023 at Sardis Baptist Church.
