Jack Lynn "Jackie" Holland passed from this life on February 21 at Winn Parish Medical Center after a short illness.  She was born in Winnfield, Louisiana on May 29, 1929 and in God's economy of time for her life, she lived to the age of 93.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Robert E. Holland, Jr.  and by her parents, Edward George Ezell and Eula Wright Ezell.  She is survived by her two sons, Robert Edward Holland and his wife Kay of Shreveport, Louisiana and John Holland of Winnfield, Louisiana; grandchildren Amanda Holland and Blair Holland; and three great-grandchildren.
Jackie was a member of First Baptist Church of Winnfield for over 80 years.  She was a devoted wife and mother and enjoyed flower gardening and taking care of her yard. Additionally, she enjoyed genealogy and was proud to be a descendant of one of the pioneer families of Winn Parish.
A private graveside funeral service for the family will be held at the Garden of Memories cemetery, under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of  Winnfield.
