Mr. Gerald William Crayon, age 84 of Montgomery, Louisiana passed away on Thursday, December 7, 2023. He was born to the union of Claude and Rosa Dryden Crayon on June 25, 1939 in Montgomery, Louisiana. Mr. Gerald enjoyed the outdoors and fishing with his wife. He had a huge love for family and his five grandchildren. He was a devoted Christian and certainly loved his Lord and Savior.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Chandler Crayon; parents, Claude William and Rosa Dryden Crayon; son, Gerald William Crayon, Jr.; sisters, Barbara Crayon Mudd, Versie Hollingsworth and Ellis James LaBorde.

Those left to cherish his memory include his two children, Dena LaTulipe and husband Tommy of Kodak Tennessee; Reginald Brister and wife Leasa of Glendale Arizona, five grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; one brother, Donnie Crayon and wife Betsy of Deridder, Louisiana; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at Mars Hill Cemetery of Verda, Louisiana with Rev. Scott Tilton officiating.
