Forest Mosley, Sr. passed away on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at his residence in Chatham, Louisiana. He was 84 years old. Forest was a 20 year veteran of the United States Army where he was a warrant officer and supply specialist. During his military career, he served 2 tours each in Korea and Vietnam and 1 tour in Germany.  He loved God, his family and Country above all else. Forest and his wife, Barbara (Brantley) Mosley, traveled all over the world during his time in the army. After his retirement from the army, Forest was a sales manager for Sears. In his spare time he kept a keen eye on the stock market and he enjoyed investing in stocks and bonds. He also stayed abreast of current events in American politics.

Forest is survived by his wife, Barbara. He was preceded in death by his son, Forest Mosley II; parents, L.C. and Susie (McNeal) Mosley; siblings, Fred Mosley, Ferristine (Mosley) Ball and Florence Mosley.

As per his wishes, Mr. Mosley will be cremated.
