Mr. Ellis "Bubba" Snelling, age age 63 of Winnfield, Louisiana, passed away at his residence February 1, 2022.

He was a native of Louisiana and was a logger for many years.

He was preceded in death by his parents Dewitt and Irene Wilkerson Snelling as well as brothers Carl Snelling, Lynn Snelling, and Gary Wayne Snelling,  sister Iris Autrey and grandson Landon Wright.

He leaves to cherish his memory his sons Clint Snelling and Robert Snelling, daughters Irene Snelling and Betty Snelling, grandchildren Robert, Madison, Renee, Austin, Delton, Brier, Courtney, and Shaelyn.  He is also survived by great grandson Landon Jr. as well as his sisters, Sherry Gwyn and Vera June Kidd and brother, James Snelling.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Southern Funeral Home.   Interment will follow in the Pineridge Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family Monday from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until time of  services.
