Mrs. Donna Yvonne Tettleton Miller, age 68 of Marion, Louisiana passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2022.

Mrs. Miller was born March 17, 1953 in Monroe, Louisiana and was a long-time editor of The Farmerville Gazette weekly newspaper. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Marion and was a graduate of Farmerville High School and Louisiana Tech University where she earned her Bachelor's degree in journalism. She was also a former high school math teacher with East Union Academy in Marion and was retired from the Union Parish Sheriff's Department TRIAD division.

Mrs. Miller was predeceased by her parents, Hoyt Donovan Tettleton and Yvonne Henderson Tettleton.

Survivors include her husband of 48 years, Mikey Miller of Marion; son, Matt Miller and wife Wendy of Winnfield; her two granddaughters who will forever cherish their "Mimi," Mattelyn Marie Miller and Emmalyn Yvonne Miller both of Winnfield; brother, Anthony M. Tettleton of Farmerville; step-mother, Doris Henry Tettleton of Farmerville; and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 5, 2022 in the First Baptist Church of Marion with Rev. Bubba Hoggatt officiating. Interment will follow in Roark Cemetery in Marion under the direction of Southern Funeral Home, Winnfield.

Friends may visit with the family in the church on Friday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM and again on Saturday from 10:00 AM until time of service.

Serving as pallbearers will be Mark Miller, Wade Miller, Dr. Donald Gates, Nicky Tettleton, Danny Tettleton, Mike Aulds, Pete Reynolds and Danny Cain.
