Mr. Donald Wayne Prather, of Montgomery, Louisiana passed from this life on Friday, October 15, 2021 in his residence. Mr. Donald was born to the union of Paul Delbert and Lela Mae Draper Prather on May 20, 1950 in San Bernadino California. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.

Mr. Donald had a huge love for his Harley Davidson motorcyle, was an avid rider, and enjoyed fishing. Family was a very important part of his life.

He is preceded in death by his parents; and one brother Gerald Prather

Those left to cherish his memory are his sister-in-law Linda Lou Prather; one nephew Gregory Prather; great nephew Chase Prather; great-nieces Karleigh and Lindsey Davidson; Christen Martin and Casey.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Greg Prather, Chase Prather, Robert Davidson, Loretta Davidson, Karleigh Davidson, and Lindsey Davidson .

There will be no visitation held. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 24, 2021 at 3:00PM in Montgomery Cemetery with Rev. Robert Davidson officiating. Services are under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.
