Diosa Sanchez Durham was born on August 17, 1948 in Chitre, Herrera, Panama to Encarnacion Sanchez and Cecilia Sanchez Carvajal. Diosa moved to the United States with her beloved husband in 1985.

She worked as a Home Maker and also had her own In-House Daycare for 30+ years. She loved caring for the children in the community as well as forming bonds with their families. Her favorite hobbies included cooking and spending all available time tending to plants outside.

Diosa entered her eternal home on February 6, 2025 at Tioga Community Care Center while also under the care of Compassionate Care Hospice. She is preceded in her journey by her husband of 27 years, Reginald Truett Durham; Her parents, Encarnacion Sanchez and Cecilia Sanchez-Carvajal; And Brother Jorge Sanchez.

Those who live on in the warmth of her love are her three daughters, Markela (Juan) of Lompoc, CA, Regina (Chance) of Montgomery, Releida (Ryan) of Montgomery; son Marco (Karla) of Abilene, TX. Grandchildren, Bianca, Ricardo, Adrian, Cecilia, Ashlyn, Allie, Conner, Strattan, Camille, and Annie.

The family would like to extend the deepest gratitude to Tioga Community Care Center and Compassionate Care Hospice for the unwavering and amazing care provided to Mrs Diosa.

A memorial service will be held to honor the life of Mrs Diosa Durham, the date is to be made known to those who wish to join once out of town family has secured plans for arrival.
