Debra Kay Johnson, age 66, of Winnfield, Louisiana, entered into rest on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at Winn Parish Medical Center in Winnfield. She was born on October 22, 1958, in Urania, Louisiana, to the late Andrew Jackson Franklin and Dartha Cox Franklin.

A devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Debra's life was centered around her family. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard Johnson, and their son, Richard Johnson, II. Her memory will be cherished by those who knew her gentle spirit, selfless heart, and steadfast love.

Those left to mourn her passing and honor her life include her daughter, Summer Bartley and husband Dennis of Winnfield; her grandchildren, Cheyenne Carpenter and husband Jake, Emily Bartley, and Dakota Bartley; her great-grandchildren, Connor Carpenter, Alivia Lemoine, and Athena Lemoine; and her sister, Kathy Smith and husband Colvin.
