David Wayne Johnson, age 67 of Winnfield, Louisiana passed away on Sunday, May 28, 2023.

Born Monday, October 3, 1955 in Winnfield, Louisiana, he was preceded in death by his parents, David William and Hollis Jean Speed Johnson; brothers, Ricky Johnson, and Eddie Johnson.

Those left to cherish his memory include his son, David William Johnson of Ruston, LA; one brother, Randall Johnson, of Winnfield, LA; his sisters, Frances Johnson of Orem Utah, and Tammy Lowrey (Raymond) of Deridder, LA; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

David proudly served our country in the United States Army.

A memorial service will be held in his honor on June 17, 2023 at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Tannehill, Louisiana. The family has requested in lieu of flowers, please make donations to help with David's final expenses.
