Cindy Bullock Barnes was born on October 4, 1962, to Thomas (Tommy) E. Bullock and Betty Jo Voss Bullock.

Cindy was a Home Maker, Counselor, Teacher, Witness for God and most of all a mother. Cindy was a wonderful mother to her children and to the hundreds that passed through her doors over the past 30+ years. Cindy also was a mother to many of the children's mothers. Cindy always had time to listen to people and offer up encouragement and her testimony as to the strength of god's love. Cindy loved all the children she helped raise over the years, never once revering to them as anything but "my babies." Cindy so loved her babies she only stopped caring for them when she could no longer walk. Cindy committed to our heavenly father at an early age at Hargis Baptist Church. From that time on she carried the torch of his message to all she met and especially to children.

Cindy went home on March 25th, 2022. She is preceded in that journey by her son Kevin Casey Barnes, Her Father Tommy Bullock, Sister Cristi Duke, nieces Morgan Duke and Amy Dubois Chelette and. Those who live on in the warmth of her love are husband Kevin Barnes, Daughter Pebbles Barnes, son Britt Barnes, Mother Betty Bullock Fantom and James, brothers Kenny Bullock and Denise, Steve Bullock and Jan, Jody Bullock and Mary. Grandchildren Christian Barnes, Cailyn Barnes, Cooper Duff, Brady Barnes, Jody Barnes, and two children of her heart Kolby Thatcher and Carter Duff. Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and all that called her "Ninny".

Funeral services will be held at Hargis Baptist Church 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 29, 2022 with Reverends Doug James and Chad James officiating.   Interment will follow in the Hargis Cemetery under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.

Friends may visit with the family in the church on Monday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and also on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until time of services.
