Carolyn (Myers) White, age 72 of Jonesville, Louisiana entered her Heavenly home on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 surrounded by her family and loved ones

She was born on Wednesday, January 25, 1950 in Campti, Louisiana, to the union of her parents William Franklin Myers, Sr. and Mary Lou (Evans) Myers. After graduating from Campti High School in 1968, she obtained a degree in Radiology Technology from LSUS.

Mrs. Carolyn is preceded by a son Larry "Buddy" Hill, her parents, and a sister Sue Patterson.

Those left to love and miss her are her husband of 40 years, Kenneth Ray White, Sr. of  Jonesville,  a son  Kenny White, Jr. & wife Daphane, of Jena, three daughters Denise Huffman & husband Chris, of  Jonesville, Lisa Borrell & husband Dustin, of Marksville,  and Susan Daigrepont, of Bunkie, three step-daughters  Kathy Freeland & husband Will, of West Monroe, Nancy Schwalen & husband Mike, of Montgomery, and Mary Scott & husband Larry, Aurora, CO, ten grandchildren, Kaitlyn Huffman, Connor Huffman, Jacob Dickens, Andrew Dickens, John Borrell, Garrett Daigrepont, Kenny White III, Laylah White, Pyper White and Louis White, four sisters Lanora Post, of Shreveport, Barbara Nichols & husband Jesse, of Coushatta, LaBrillia Johnson & husband Shelby, of Archibald, and Bonnie Terry Hawthorne of Guy, AR, one brother William Myers, Jr. and a host of other family and friends.

To know Carolyn was to know the Love of Jesus. She lived by the philosophy of "Put JESUS Above Everything And It Will Be Alright Tomorrow." Her smile resonated the love she had within and could brighten even the darkest of times. She loved worship songs and never hesitated to worship her Jesus no matter where she was.

The family will receive friends at Wallace Ridge Pentecostal Church of Jonesville, La. on   Saturday, November 26, 2022, at 5:00pm.

Mrs. Carolyn's Going Home Celebration will be held at Wallace Ridge Pentecostal Church on Sunday, November 27, 2022, at 11:00am with Pastor Tyler Stevison, Bro. Darrell Black and Rev. Jack Knapp officiating.

Mrs. Carolyn will be laid to rest following the celebration service in the White Ridge Cemetery, Glade Community, Jonesville, La. under the directions of Kinner & Stevens Funeral Home of Jena.

Those honored to serve her and the family as pallbearers are Chris Huffman, Kenny White, Jr., Connor Huffman, Jacob Dickens, Andrew Dickens, and Dustin Borrell. Honorary pallbearers are Donnie Michot, Triston Michot, Garrett Daigrepont and Kenny White, III.
