Mrs. Bobbie (Stone) Wilkerson of Chatham, Louisiana passed away on Friday, January 6, 2023.  She was 82 years old.  Bobbie was kind and enjoyed doing for others.  She was a good cook and loved to take care of her husband, Jimmy.  Bobbie loved the outdoors and passed her time fishing and raising her chickens.  One thing, however, she took the most pleasure in was spending time with her grandsons she called "The Boys."

Bobbie is survived by her husband, Jimmy L. Wilkerson; children, Frank Pierce, Jr., Patsy Monger, Preston Pierce, Patricia Meyer, Cindy Ingles (John), Tina Brown (Ronnie); 11 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Tillman and Virgie (Williams) Stone; brothers, Oscar Stone and George T. Stone; and granddaughter, Destiny Monger.

Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at Southern-Edmonds Funeral Home Chapel in Jonesboro, from 5:30 pm until 7:30 pm.  The funeral service will be officiated by Bro. Richard Harmon and begin at 11 am on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 in the Southern-Edmonds Chapel.  Burial will follow in Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery near Weston under the direction of Southern-Edmonds Funeral Home Chapel.

Pallbearers will be Frank Pierce, Jr., Harvey Pierce, Blake Monger, Skylar Monger, Landon Pierce, Nathan Pierce, and Aiden Pierce.
