Barbara Ann Morgan, born March 27, 1962, in Winnfield, Louisiana, passed away on Tuesday,October 1, 2024, at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, LA. She was graduate of Winnfield High School and worked at various places throughout her life, eventually dedicating 20 years to Wal-Mart before retiring early due to blindness.

Barbara had a deeply compassionate heart, particularly for her family and her beloved fur-babies—Max, Chee Chee, and Sprout, who were her constant companions. She was a faithful member of Friendship Baptist Church in Sikes, LA, and her life reflected the values of love and kindness she held dear.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Elree Morgan and Vona Etoil Bustin Morgan; her brother, Kenneth Bustin; and her sister, Gail Kelly. She leaves behind two loving sisters, Jean Vines and her husband Harold, and Mary Ulery and her husband Lonnie, along with three cherished nieces and nephews and many other family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
