Aron Michael Smith, aged 22, of Winnfield, Louisiana, passed away unexpectedly on June 6, 2026, in Tullos, Louisiana. Born on June 8, 2003, in Shreveport, Louisiana, to Michael Todd Hudnall and Barbie Ruth Smith, Aron was a beloved son, brother, and friend.

Aron spent most of his life enjoying football, hunting, fishing, and cherishing moments with family and friends. A devout Christian, he loved worshiping Jesus and playing his guitar. In his leisure time, he developed a passion for the game of pool.

He was predeceased by his father, Michael Todd Hudnall, his mother, Barbie Ruth Smith, his aunt Dena French, and his uncle Sammy. He is survived by his fiancée Hanna Hopkins, his brother Joshua Smith, his uncle Michael Providence, his aunt Sara Hickman (Cole) and her children, Kalie Barber and Laura Barber, his aunt Nancy Hayes and her children Jayden and Brayden Hayes, along with a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends who will cherish his memory.

Friends may visit with the family from 4pm to 7pm at Southern Funeral Home on Thursday, June 11, 2026. Funeral services will be held at First Baptist Church Winnfield at 10am on Friday, June 12, 2026. Interment will follow at the Melton Cemetery under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of winnfield.
